Reduce the Cooldown of Rocket Boots by 0.8s.
Gain a 750-Health Shield for 3s after activating Rocket Boots.
Dome Shield now costs 40% Ultimate charge and places a Flamethrower Turret with modified values and no Shield. Can have two active at once.
