The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Gain 50% Lifesteal while at or below 40% Health.

Faustian Bargain
Rune of Travel
Rune of Travel no longer automatically activates, and if the Rune is not used the Cooldown is reset.
