Heal for 100 for each enemy hit by Broadside.
Generate 3 Ammo for each enemy hit by Broadside.
Generate 3 Ammo for each enemy hit by Harpoon.
Harpoon no longer has a Cooldown, but no longer Slows enemies hit.

Reduce the Cooldown of Tendril by 1.2s after hitting an enemy with Dark Siphon.
