What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Cut and Run

Nine Lives
Reduce your damage taken by 12% for 2s after using Nine Lives.
Level 2
Fight or Flight
Nine Lives
Increase your Movement Speed by 40% for 4s after you activate Nine Lives.
Level 4
On Edge
Nine Lives
Reduce the Cooldown of Nine Lives by 4s.
Level 4
Patch Up
Nine Lives
Heal for an additional 160 with Nine Lives.
Level 2
Cat Burglar
Prowl
Increase the damage of each of your daggers from your first dagger sets within 5s of Prowl ending by 30%.

Increase the duration of Hidden by 1s.

Weapon
Increase your Movement Speed by 20% for 4s after getting an Elimination.
Level 2
Poisoner
Poison Bolts
Reduce the Cooldown of Poison Bolts by 4s.
Level 5
Emergency Exit
Hidden
Automatically enter Stealth after dropping to or below 30% Health. This can happen once every -20s.
Level 4
Decrepify
Poison Bolts
You do not consume Ammo for 1.5s after hitting an enemy with Poison Bolts.
Level 3
Smoke and Dagger
Smoke Screen
Benefits from your Smoke Screen cards also benefit allies who enter Smoke Screen and allies are Healed for 100 every 1s while in your Smoke Screen, but Smoke Screen no longer applies Stealth to you.
