This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Hunter's Mark
Heal for 400 after getting a Killing Blow on an enemy affected by Hunter’s Mark.
Level 2
Ranger
Hunter's Mark
Reduce the Cooldown of Hunter’s Mark by 2s.
Level 2
Favored Quarry
Hunter's Mark
Increase the duration of Hunter's Mark by 2.4s.
Level 4
Volatile
Fire Bomb
Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 3s.
Level 5
Burn, Monster!
Fire Bomb
Fire Bomb deals 30% increased damage and applies a 60% reduce healing effect.

Increase the Health of each of your Illusions by 200.

Shatter
Heal for 26% of the damage dealt by Shatter.
Level 2
Life Exchange
Shatter
Shatter instantly Heals your target for 800, but its Cooldown is increased by 1s and it no longer explodes your Illusions. Reduce the Cooldown of Shatter by 2s if you miss.
