The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase your Movement Speed by 40% for 2s after entering Smoke Screen.

Healing Vapors
Smoke Screen
Heal for 500 over 2s while in Smoke Screen.

Confound
Poison Bolts
Reduce the Cooldown of Smoke Screen by 0.5s for each enemy hit by Poison Bolts.

Debilitate
Poison Bolts
Increase the damage done by Poison Bolts by 25% and the rate at which they deal damage by 75%.
