Withdraw
Increase your Movement Speed by 21% for 3s after using Withdraw.

Desert Silence
Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1s. Crippling Arrow now Silences and Slows enemies by 15% for 2s instead.
