This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Dredge Anchor
Regenerate 1 Ammo every 0.5s for 0.5s after activating Dredge Anchor.
Level 1
Surf
Shell Spin
Increase the travel distance of Shell Spin by 40%.
Level 4
Ebb and Flow
Armor
Reduce the Cooldown of Shell Spin by 60% after falling to or below 40% Health.
Level 3
Rampage
Armor
Increase your Movement Speed by 32% for 4s after getting an Elimination.
Level 4
Determination
Armor
Increase your Healing received from other players by 18% while at or below 50% Health.
Level 3
Leviathan
Ancient Rage
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 25% and Health by 500. Activating Ancient Rage resets the Cooldown of Dredge Anchor and Shell Spin, and increases Movement Speed by 20%.

Getting Jumpy
Armor
Reset the Cooldown of Commanding Leap after dropping to or below 50% Health.
Level 5
High Ground
Increase the jump strength of Octavia's Commanding Leap by 15%.

Air Supremacy
Reduce damage taken by 10% for 2.5s after activating Commanding Leap.
Level 2
Determined Defense
Armor
Increase your maximum Health by 150.
Level 3
Clean Shots
Reduce your weapon recoil by 40% while using Commanding Leap.
Level 2
Hell or High Water
Upon landing with the Commanding Leap ability create a small pool underneath you that will heal both you and allies for 600 health over 1.5s. Octavia's ammo is not consumed while standing inside of this field.

Increase your Movement Speed by 60% for 2s after activating Hail of Bombs.

Cluster Grenade
Increase the explosion radius of Cluster Grenade's initial explosion by 12%.

Controlled Fury
Hail of Bombs
Reduce the range of Hail of Bombs by 50%, concentrating the explosions in a smaller area, and reduce the Cooldown of Hail of Bombs by 2s.
