The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the duration of Saati's invisibility by 0.125s after deployment of Dead Ringer.

Increase your Movement Speed by 25% for 4s after getting a Killing Blow or Elimination.
Level 5
Closing Time
Increase your Movement Speed by 18% for 2.5s after activating Blast Back.
Level 3
Window of Opportunity
Blast Back now knocks enemies straight up and enemies take 20% more DMG from Saati for 1.5s.
