This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Heal for an additional 320 after activating Battle Shout.
Level 4
Never Surrender!
Battle Shout
Reduce the Cooldown of Battle Shout by 1.2s.
Level 2
Lian's Shield
Bulwark
Your Shield now regenerates at 120% effectiveness, and regenerates even while it is active.
