The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Generate 2 Ammo for each enemy hit by Harpoon.
Jump height is increased for your first jump within 2s after exiting a Shortcut.
Heal for 150 every 1s while standing near a Shortcut.
Heal for 280 for each enemy hit with Harpoon.
Reduce the Cooldown of Harpoon by 4.8s.
Harpoon no longer has a Cooldown, but no longer Slows enemies hit.
