The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Shell Spin
Increase the travel distance of Shell Spin by 50%.
Level 5
Salvage
Dredge Anchor
Regenerate 1 Ammo every 0.5s for 1s after activating Dredge Anchor.
Level 2
Strongarm
Dredge Anchor
Reduce the Cooldown of Dredge Anchor by 0.6s.
Level 1
Ebb and Flow
Armor
Reduce the Cooldown of Shell Spin by 80% after falling to or below 40% Health.
Level 4
Leviathan
Ancient Rage
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 25% and Health by 500. Activating Ancient Rage resets the Cooldown of Dredge Anchor and Shell Spin, and increases Movement Speed by 20%.
