The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the area of effect of Spirit Lure's explosion by 15%.

Empowered Curse
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 3% and Movement Speed by 5% per stack of Curse currently on enemies.
