The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Dredge Anchor
Regenerate 1 Ammo every 0.5s for 1s after activating Dredge Anchor.
Level 2

Armor
Increase your Movement Speed by 40% for 4s after getting an Elimination.
Level 5
Ebb and Flow
Armor
Reduce the Cooldown of Shell Spin by 80% after falling to or below 40% Health.
Level 4
Half Shell
Shell Shield
Shell Shield is placed on the ground instead of channeled around you, and lasts 2s longer.
