What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the range of Astral Mark by 12%.

Increase the duration of Astral Mark by 1.6s.

Astral Mark
All allies already affected by Astral Mark are Healed for an additional 285 when you use Astral Mark.

Heal for 18% of your maximum Health after Teleporting with Transporter.

Armor
Reset the Cooldown of Transporter after dropping to or below 8% Health. This can only happen once every 30 seconds.

Increase the number of targets affected by Oppressor Mines by 5.

Increase the range of Oppressor Mine beams by 100%.

You can have two additional Oppressor Mines out at one time and you throw out two Mines per use of the ability instead of one, but your Mines have a lifetime of 6s and the Cooldown of Oppressor Mine is increased by 2s.
