What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Blood cost of Swarm by 20% while an ally is marked by Blood Hex.

Increase your ally's Movement Speed by 8% while they are marked by Blood Hex.
