The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Precision Sights
Every weapon shot made while Precision Sights is active has an 40% chance to not consume Ammo.

Opportunity in Chaos
Weapon
After firing continuously for 2s, gain 10% increased damage.
