Increase the radius of Missile Launcher's explosions by 66%.

Reduce the Cooldown of Grappling Hook by 1s after activating Explosive Dodge.

Reduce your active Cooldowns by 4s after getting a Killing Blow while in Burst Mode.

Trigger Discipline
Generate 8 Ammo when you activate Trigger Discipline.

Increase your maximum Health by 200.

Red Room
Trigger Discipline
Increase your Movement Speed by 12% while in Automatic fire mode.
Level 3
Tribunal Upgrades
Heavy SMG has three elemental effects: Fire imbued Mag Dump -- dealing damage over time, Electrically charged burst mode -- dealing AOE damage on stacks, and Ice infused Automatic -- shots slows enemies.

Increase your Movement Speed by 35% while Out of Combat.

Increase your Movement Speed by 25% while Hidden is active.

Emergency Exit
Hidden
Automatically enter Stealth after dropping to or below 30% Health. This can happen once every -5s.

Increase the duration of Hidden by 3s.

Smoke and Dagger
Smoke Screen
Benefits from your Smoke Screen cards also benefit allies who enter Smoke Screen and allies are Healed for 100 every 1s while in your Smoke Screen, but Smoke Screen no longer applies Stealth to you.
