The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Crouching Tigron by 0.4s for each enemy hit by Heavy Blade.

Imbued with Purpose
Heavy Blade
Reduce the Cooldown of Heavy Blade by 1.2s.
Level 2
Instrument of Fate
Heavy Blade
Reduce the Cooldown of Combat Trance by 0.8s for each enemy hit by Heavy Blade.
Level 2
Flying Chakrams
Weapon
Increase your maximum Ammo by 5.
Level 5
Predatory Instincts
Weapon
Bladed Chakrams are able to bounce 2 additional times before disappearing.

Enemies are rooted in place when they are hit by the pre fire beam and the Creeping Barrage deals 1450 damage.
