The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce your damage taken by 6% for 2s after Magic Barrier ends.

Heal for 300 over the duration of Scamper.

Using Scamper Heals allies within 25 units and you for 600 over 3s.
