The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the Health of Siege Shield by 250.

Increase your maximum Health by 450.
Level 3
Trebuchet
Siege Shield
Generate 4 Ammo after activating Siege Shield.
Level 2
Fortress Breaker
Siege Shield
Increase Siege Shield's maximum Health by 2500 and its size by 50%, but reduce its Movement Speed by 80%.
