The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Increase the distance of each Nether Step dash by 10%.
Reduce all active Cooldowns by 10% after getting an Elimination.
Hitting a player with Revolver Heals you for 60.
Generate 5% Ultimate charge after hitting at least one enemy with Defiance.
Generate 3 Ammo after hitting an enemy with Defiance.
Successful hits with your Revolver increase the damage of your next Defiance by 20%, stacking up to 100%.

Increase your maximum Health by 50.
Increase your maximum Ammo by 3.
Heal for 250 for each enemy hit by Broadside.
Harpoon no longer has a Cooldown, but no longer Slows enemies hit.
