The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 2.4s.

Hunting Season
Hunter's Mark
Heal for 600 after getting a Killing Blow on an enemy affected by Hunter’s Mark.
Level 3
Tracker
Hunter's Mark
Increase your Movement Speed by 5% while Hunter's Mark is active.
Level 1
Mercy Kill
Nade Launcher
Nade Launcher has 3 charges, but reduce the damage of each to 650.
