The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Reduce the Cooldown of Sanctuary by 3s.
Heal for 10 for every percentage point of Ire consumed by abilities.
Increase the duration of the Lift applied by Reckoning by 10%.
Using an ability above Ire threshold Heals you for 225.
Heal for 280 for each enemy hit with Reckoning.
Gain 30% Lifesteal on your hits with Judgement.
Increase your Ultimate charge rate by 15%.
Increase your maximum Health by 40.
Reduce damage taken by 3% for 2.5s after Ricochet is deployed.
Increase your maximum Ammo by 3.
Generate 5% Ultimate Charge after hitting your coin.
