This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the Healing you receive by 15% while at or below 50% Health.

Hangman's Ire

Gain a 300-Health Shield after dropping to or below 50% Health.

Harpoon no longer has a Cooldown, but no longer Slows enemies hit.

Decrease the recoil of Mag Dump by 30%.

Increase your Reload Speed by 10%.

Nasty Surprise
Explosive Dodge
Generate 20 Ammo after activating Explosive Dodge.
Level 4
Tribunal Upgrades
Heavy SMG has three elemental effects: Fire imbued Mag Dump -- dealing damage over time, Electrically charged burst mode -- dealing AOE damage on stacks, and Ice infused Automatic -- shots slows enemies.
