The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Weapon
Reduce the Cooldown of Reversal by 1s after hitting an enemy with your weapon.
Level 2
Quick Draw
Weapon
Hitting a player with Revolver Heals you for 60.
Level 4
Abyss Walker
Nether Step
Heal for 200 after activating Nether Step.
Level 5
Equivalent Exchange
Reversal
Heal for 30% of the damage Absorbed by Reversal.

Godslayer
Reversal
Reversal always fires back and does an additional 800 damage.
