The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce your damage taken by 10% while standing inside of your Distortion Field.

Armor
Reset the Cooldown of Commanding Leap after dropping to or below 20% Health.

Dominant Dome
Increase the radius of your Distortion Field by 12%.
Level 3
Vantage Point
Reduce the Cooldown of Commanding Leap by 0.8999999999999999s every 1s while standing inside of your Distortion Field.
Level 3
Priority Requisition
Reduce the Cooldown of Distortion Field by 2.5s.
Level 5
Display of Force
Enemies are rooted in place when they are hit by the pre fire beam and the Creeping Barrage deals 1450 damage.
