This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Stellar Wind
Regenerate 4 Ammo every 1s while Stellar Wind is active.

Star Splitter now deals 360 damage every 0.4s, but reduces your maximum Ammo to 15.
