The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase the duration of Saati's invisibility by 0.375s after deployment of Dead Ringer.

Window of Opportunity
Blast Back now knocks enemies straight up and enemies take 20% more DMG from Saati for 1.5s.
