Reduce your damage taken by 15% for 2s after activating Elemental Shift.

Frostfire Glide
FrostFire Glide travels 25% faster.
Level 5
Mana Rift
Armor
Remaining still for 1s creates a Mana Rift around you that generates Mana every 1s. Leaving the Mana Rift destroys it.
