The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Your Movement Speed is increased by 24% while any enemy is marked with a Soul Orb stack.

Restore Soul
For each stack of Soul Orb detonated by Rend Soul, your next Restore Soul ignores 5% of Antihealing (excluding Healing disable effects) up to 25% (5 stacks) for up to 10s.

If an Illusion is killed or expires, it triggers a Shatter explosion, dealing 550 damage. Also increases the effectiveness of your Shattered Illusions Movement Speed and Explosion Radius.
