Enemies hit by Harpoon’s Slow have their Movement Speed reduced by an additional 12%.
Heal for 350 for each enemy hit with Harpoon.
Heal for 50 for each enemy hit by Broadside.
Harpoon no longer has a Cooldown, but no longer Slows enemies hit.

Increase Siege Shield's maximum Health by 2500 and its size by 50%, but reduce its Movement Speed by 80%.

Increase your Reload Speed by 8% for 3s after using Detonate.
Hitting with more than one Sticky Bomb on a use of Detonate increases the damage of each explosion after the first by 30% of its base damage, up to 150%.
