The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Hunter's Mark
Increase your Movement Speed by 10% while Hunter's Mark is active.

Fire Bomb
Fire Bomb deals 30% increased damage and applies a 60% reduce healing effect.

Hitting an enemy with Crippling Arrow reduces the Cooldown of Rapid Shot by 0.6s.
