Increase your Movement Speed by 20% and gain {scale=5|5}% Lifesteal for 2s after falling to or below 40% Health.
Heal for 120 for each enemy hit with Obliteration.
Reduce the damage you take by 10% for 1s after hitting an enemy with Dark Siphon.
Increase your Movement Speed by 16% for 1s after hitting anything with Deadly Scythe.
Reduce the damage you take by 16% for 3s after activating Tendril.
Tendril gains a second charge, but its Cooldown is increased by 2s.
