Reduce the Cooldown of Hunter’s Mark by 5s.

Primal Might
Armor
Reduce your active Cooldowns by 50% after getting an Elimination.

Volatile
Fire Bomb
Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 1.2s.

Hunter's Mark has 2 charges and grants its benefits to allies.
