Hitting Kindle Soul increases you and your target's Movement Speed by 15% for 1.5s.

Incandescent Being
Armor
Increase your maximum Health by 250.

Cherish
Kindle Soul
Kindle Soul's range is increased by 300% and now applies additional healing to your ally for 15% of their maximum Health. Curative (+20% Healing)

Increase your maximum Health by 750.

The Little Things
Reduce the Cooldown of Rift Slash by 0.4s, up to a max reduction of 5s, when hitting enemies with Realm Breaker.

Unyielding Advance
Increase Abyssal Fortress' Health by 400
Level 2
A Swift End
Increase your fire rate by 16% for 3s when passing through Abyssal Fortress.
Level 4
Abyssal Authority
Increase the radius of Royal Presence's Poison aura by 40%.

Abyssal Breach
Enemies that pass through Abyssal Fortress are Revealed and take 10% additional weapon damage from you and your allies for 3s. Reduce Abyssal Fortress' Cooldown by 2s.

Upon landing with the Commanding Leap ability create a small pool underneath you that will heal both you and allies for 600 health over 1.5s. Octavia's ammo is not consumed while standing inside of this field.

Reduce the Cooldown of Distortion Field by 3s after activating Commanding Leap.

Asymmetric Warfare
Distortion Field now damages enemies for 200 every .5s for the duration of Distortion Field and heals allies for 125 every .5 seconds while inside of the field.
