The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce Damage taken by 3% for 1.5s after using Blast Back.

Window of Opportunity
Blast Back now knocks enemies straight up and enemies take 20% more DMG from Saati for 1.5s.
