The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Rapid Shot
Increase your Movement Speed by 20% for 3s after Rapid Shot ends.

Reduce your active Cooldowns by 30% when you get an Elimination.

Desert Silence
Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1s. Crippling Arrow now Silences and Slows enemies by 15% for 2s instead.
