The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Heal for 20 for each enemy hit by the initial and secondary explosions of Cluster Grenade.

From Betty with Love
Cluster Grenade
Increase the explosion radius of Cluster Grenade's initial explosion by 18%.
Level 3
He Could Hide
Hail of Bombs
Increase the travel speed of Hail of Bombs when deploying it by 60%.
Level 4
Controlled Fury
Hail of Bombs
Reduce the range of Hail of Bombs by 50%, concentrating the explosions in a smaller area, and reduce the Cooldown of Hail of Bombs by 2s.

Increase the radius of Royal Presence's Poison aura by 80%.

Subjugation
Royal Presence's reactivation now only hits the first enemy in its path, and instead Roots them for 2.25s. Increase the Range of the reactivation by 50%.

Reduce your damage taken by 15% while standing inside of your Distortion Field.
Level 3
Interdiction
Weapon
Increase your maximum Ammo by 2.

High Ground
Increase the jump strength of Octavia's Commanding Leap by 25%.
Level 5
Air Supremacy
Reduce damage taken by 10% for 2.5s after activating Commanding Leap.
Level 2
Dominant Dome
Increase the radius of your Distortion Field by 16%.
Level 4
Asymmetric Warfare
Distortion Field now damages enemies for 200 every .5s for the duration of Distortion Field and heals allies for 125 every .5 seconds while inside of the field.
