The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Frost Bolt
Dealing damage with Frost Bolt reduces the Cooldown of Inferno Cannon by 1.5s.

Gain a 300-health Shield for 3s after dropping to or below 50% Health.

Mana Rift
Armor
Remaining still for 1s creates a Mana Rift around you that generates Mana every 1s. Leaving the Mana Rift destroys it.
