The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase your Movement Speed while casting Inferno Cannon by 60%.

Mana Rift
Armor
Remaining still for 1s creates a Mana Rift around you that generates Mana every 1s. Leaving the Mana Rift destroys it.
