The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Conviction by 0.6s after using Reckoning.

Grim Deliverance
Heal for 25 for every percentage point of Ire consumed by abilities.

Persistence
Gain 30% Lifesteal on your hits with Judgement.
