The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Grant 0.34% Ultimate Charge to each player to which Chain Heal bounces.

Reduce the Cooldown of your next Chain Heal by 0.30000000000000004s after hitting an enemy with Sigil. This effect stacks.
