What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Commanding Leap by 0.6s every 1s while standing inside of your Distortion Field.

Reduce the time it takes to bring up Designated Sights by 20%.

Weapon
Reduce the Movement Speed penalty of Designated Sights by 80%.
Level 4
Overwhelming Force
Generate 5% Ultimate charge after getting Killing Blow or Elimination while Designated Sights is active.
Level 5
High Ground
Increase the jump strength of Octavia's Commanding Leap by 10%.
Level 2
Asymmetric Warfare
Distortion Field now damages enemies for 200 every .5s for the duration of Distortion Field and heals allies for 125 every .5 seconds while inside of the field.
