The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the damage you deal to yourself with Fire Bomb by 40%.

Nade Launcher
Reduce the Cooldown of Nade Launcher by 1s.
Level 2
Volatile
Fire Bomb
Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 3s.
Level 5
Mercy Kill
Nade Launcher
Nade Launcher has 3 charges, but reduce the damage of each to 650.
