The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

For each stack of Soul Orb detonated by Rend Soul, your next Restore Soul ignores 5% of Antihealing (excluding Healing disable effects) up to 25% (5 stacks) for up to 10s.
