This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Hitting a player with Revolver Heals you for 30.

Sleight of Hand
Nether Step
Generate 3 Ammo after activating Nether Step.

Through the Warp
Nether Step
Increase the distance of each Nether Step dash by 15%.

Vengeance
Defiance
Heal for 90 after hitting at least one enemy with Defiance.

Godslayer
Reversal
Reversal always fires back and does an additional 800 damage.
