The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Heal for 250 every 1s while Emitter is active.
Generate 20 Ammo for each enemy hit by Missile Launcher.
Heal 120 health for each player hit by Missile Launcher.
Increase the duration of Emitter by 4s.
Reduce the Cooldown of Missile Launcher by 1.4s.
