The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Smoke Screen
Increase your Movement Speed by 24% for 2s after entering Smoke Screen.

Poison Bolts
You do not consume Ammo for 1.5s after hitting an enemy with Poison Bolts.
Level 3
Slip Away
Armor
Increase your Movement Speed by 35% while Out of Combat.
Level 5
Ninja
Hidden
Increase your Movement Speed by 10% while Hidden is active.
Level 2
Preparation
Armor
When activating Hidden, refill Wrist Crossbow's Ammo. While Hidden is active, reduce the damage you take by 75%, but reduce the maximum duration of Hidden to 3s. The duration of Hidden cannot be increased.
