Rapid Shot
Each arrow of Rapid Shot reduces the Movement Speed of any enemy hit by 15% for 2s.

Reduce the Movement Speed penalty while drawing your Longbow by 40%.

Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1s. Crippling Arrow now Silences and Slows enemies by 15% for 2s instead.
